Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Author whitepapers on future-of-work paradigms for industry publication
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain resilience
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary TrendSight methodology
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D grants from federal innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in tech strategy consulting at firms like Gartner or McKinsey
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on singularity economics
- Expertise in predictive modeling using Python/R and simulation tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) from APF
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance
