- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof product roadmaps
- Author predictive whitepapers on decentralized systems and climate-tech convergence
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups for strategic partnerships
- Design immersive foresight simulations for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning for Fortune 500 clients
