Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for systemic shifts in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation accelerators
- Author 'Horizon Scan' reports predicting socioeconomic impacts of emerging technologies
- Design and implement AI-powered trend analysis systems processing 10M+ data points quarterly
- Guide cross-functional teams in translating future insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Present strategic recommendations at Davos-level forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the University of Houston) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in journals like 'Futures' or 'Technological Forecasting'
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization tools
