What you'll do: Pioneer methodologies for long-range trend analysis, synthesize complex data into compelling narratives, and incubate breakthrough initiatives. You'll represent our voice at global forums and mentor the next generation of futurists while maintaining our position as thought leaders in exponential technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 and beyond
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Represent FutureHorizon at Davos, SXSW, and premier industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend databases
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with exponential technology ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
