Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior futurists while pioneering next-generation forecasting methodologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Program)
