Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead innovation workshops using futures thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and services
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption
- Experience designing and facilitating executive-level futures workshops
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
