Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, climate tech, and human augmentation sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design and execute scenario-planning exercises for global market expansion
- Represent Horizon Innovations at Davos, CES, and other forward-thinking forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary horizon-scanning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into patentable innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
