Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotechnology, AI governance, and sustainable tech domains
- Present trend analyses and scenario forecasts to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author seminal industry reports on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leader through keynote speaking and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurism practice
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional command of quantitative and qualitative research tools (Python, R, NLP)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising boards on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Portfolio of successful 5+ year strategic implementations
