Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations navigating 2026+ challenges
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Facilitate executive workshops with C-suite leaders on innovation roadmaps and future-proofing strategies
- Build proprietary forecasting models integrating predictive analytics and behavioral economics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patent opportunities and emerging market adjacencies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Experience developing predictive models using Python, R, or specialized foresight software
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
