Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-vision initiatives and innovation priorities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with think tanks, universities, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or circular economy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic initiatives
