Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and trend impact assessments for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation pipeline development through horizon scanning and opportunity mapping
- Establish KPIs to measure foresight effectiveness and strategic adaptation
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership teams
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFPS) required
