Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation human-AI interaction paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect organizational resilience protocols for societal transformation scenarios
- Mentor futurist apprentices in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, TensorFlow) and scenario modeling software
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neurotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills for C-suite audiences
