Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging tech ethics
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interaction systems
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI governance, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio published futurist research or strategic documents
