Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Produce detailed impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
