Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead interdisciplinary research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present compelling future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market disruption forecasts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of global socio-technological disruption vectors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFrA, APF) preferred
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools and data visualization
