Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Global Technology Radar, identifying disruptive innovations across AI, neurotech, climate resilience, and space economics
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for C-suite executives in Fortune 100 companies, translating complex trend data into executable business strategies
- Design and facilitate high-stakes scenario-planning workshops for government agencies and international NGOs
- Author quarterly trend reports and white papers published in Harvard Business Review and World Economic Forum platforms
- Build and manage a global network of 50+ domain experts across 15 countries to validate predictive models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions in quantum-secure communications and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes at Davos, TED, and Singularity University
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients or government entities
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate engineering
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with demonstrated DEI leadership
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) or equivalent advanced training
- Fluency in English with working knowledge of Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
