- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused business models
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive briefings
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Advain on organizational readiness for future workforce transformations
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy
