Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and market research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership content on future industry disruptions
- Advise executive leadership on R&D investments in next-generation technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
