Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports analyzing geopolitical shifts, technological inflection points, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating post-quantum computing and decentralized AI ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on long-term resilience strategies
- Establish proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and Delphi techniques
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge research in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI pathways)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning deliverables for complex adaptive systems
