Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and synthesize insights into strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2030+ horizon with quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity assessment
- Lead cross-functional research teams to deliver bespoke client foresight reports
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Build proprietary forecasting tools using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Maintain expert-level knowledge across emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
