Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging tech trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption
- Present executive-level insights on AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable innovation
- Design and implement futures research methodologies including Delphi studies and trend analysis
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with tech focus
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech trends
- Strong background in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) highly valued
- Portfolio published foresight work or strategic roadmaps required
