Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ paradigm-shifting projects
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural interface design
- Published work in top-tier scientific or technology journals
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record securing >$10M in innovation funding
