Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives

- Facilitate executive workshops to build consensus on future technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Author annual 'Future State' reports detailing disruption vectors and opportunity landscapes
- Oversee innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate foresight analysis into product development priorities and capital allocation decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology forecasting, innovation management, or strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions and drive large-scale transformation
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
