Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across quantum, biotech, and AI sectors
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Author white papers and keynote presentations for global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Manage a $5M innovation fund supporting early-stage ventures aligned with 2026 vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advose government agencies on future policy frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech innovators
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
