Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Jira Service Management) to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance at the office, including setting up new employees and conducting system training.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing IT security policies and ensuring devices are up-to-date with the latest patches and antivirus software.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Tools: Proficiency with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
