Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems and high-performance neural networks.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Legal) to navigate the ethical implications of advanced AI.
- Drive the roadmap execution for 2026 milestones, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for real-time AI inference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years leading large-scale technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
