Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable systems for the Vision 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define roadmaps, technology stacks, and architectural patterns.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and adherence to industry best practices across all engineering projects.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide expert guidance on complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
