Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to handle millions of requests per day.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high-quality production outputs.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, documentation, and software engineering methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on algorithm selection and system architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or Computer Vision (depending on specialization).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning systems.
