Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and PyTorch.
- System Architecture: Design robust, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabytes of real-time data.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art algorithms and contributing to our intellectual property portfolio.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Algorithms: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
