Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the architecture of the 2026 proprietary neural engine, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in NLP and Computer Vision into production systems.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement A/B testing strategies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience in deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
