Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for scalable AI applications.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring new quantum hardware capabilities for 2026 roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Optimize quantum circuit performance and reduce error rates in real-world environments.
- Publish high-impact research papers and patents in quantum computing fields.

- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced quantum computing techniques.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, quantum machine learning, or similar emerging fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Qiskit, or C++.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, superposition, and entanglement.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
