Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Architect scalable software pipelines integrating QPUs (Quantum Processing Units) with cloud infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews and mentor a team of junior quantum engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware and contribute to our internal research publications.
- Optimize quantum circuit depth to minimize error rates and maximize computational throughput.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and stochastic processes.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
