We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead the next generation of computational intelligence. At Aether Systems, we are building the infrastructure for 2026 and beyond, bridging the gap between quantum computing and deep learning. You will be responsible for designing hybrid models that leverage qubit coherence to solve problems currently thought impossible.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for complex data processing.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize neural network layers for next-gen quantum processors.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in transitioning legacy deep learning models to quantum-enhanced frameworks.
- Conduct research into error mitigation techniques and noise reduction in quantum environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier AI or Quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
