Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready SEO Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO roadmaps that anticipate future search engine algorithm updates and AI integration.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture, Core Web Vitals optimization, and schema markup implementation to ensure peak performance and crawlability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics (GA4, BigQuery, SEMrush) to identify growth opportunities and measure the ROI of SEO initiatives.
- Content & Link Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-authority, topical authority content that drives organic traffic and brand authority.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior SEOs and performance marketers.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure website migrations, CMS updates, and API changes do not negatively impact organic visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering technologies.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Search Console, Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue through innovative SEO campaigns.
