Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities to improve site health and search visibility.
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute data-backed SEO strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on keyword discovery, content optimization, and on-page ranking factors.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that addresses user intent and drives organic traffic growth.
- Link Building: Manage and oversee off-page SEO activities, including outreach campaigns and relationship building with industry influencers and publishers.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; deep knowledge of Google Search Central guidelines and technical SEO best practices.
- Tools: Advanced experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
