Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify crawl, index, and rendering issues impacting site performance.
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies to maximize crawl budget.
- Implement and monitor Core Web Vitals to ensure top-tier user experience and search ranking.
- Lead schema markup strategies and structured data implementation to enhance rich snippets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to integrate SEO requirements into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze complex data sets using Python and SQL to uncover actionable insights for SEO strategy.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and advocate for best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, preferably in high-traffic, enterprise-level environments.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and web crawling tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and XML sitemaps.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic SEO initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing SEO projects.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
