- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology and AI roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and future-proof AI systems capable of handling next-generation data workloads.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping of emerging technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, edge computing, quantum-ready architectures).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to integrate 2026-ready features into the product lifecycle.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and AI ethics.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through multi-year strategic transitions and major product overhauls.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security compliance, and the ethical implications of AI deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Experience in designing systems with a 5+ year horizon, anticipating market shifts and technological evolution.
