Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability roadmap integrating AI-driven climate modeling and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale regenerative technologies (carbon capture, bio-based materials)
- Advocate for policy innovations at federal/state levels while maintaining corporate ESG leadership
- Quantify environmental impact using advanced data analytics and predictive sustainability metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to investors and boards to secure innovation funding
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging sustainability methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact on ESG outcomes
- Expertise in climate tech, circular economy frameworks, and sustainable supply chains
- Proficiency in sustainability data tools (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Experience with policy development and regulatory landscape navigation
- Proven track record of scaling sustainable innovations from concept to market
- Certifications in BREEAM, LEED, or similar sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
