Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates across diverse talent pools.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from pipeline generation and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Boolean search techniques to optimize sourcing efficiency.
- Enhance our employer brand through social media engagement, networking events, and proactive outreach.
- Advocate for a diverse and inclusive hiring process to ensure a representative workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in a competitive market.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and current tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first or hybrid work environments.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities effectively.
