Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-growth technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline, ensuring a world-class candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success metrics, and recruitment timelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in industry career fairs and tech meetups.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (Engineering, Product, or DevOps preferred).
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive quarterly targets.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical stack nuances.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
