Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced Boolean search and social media networking to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates directly to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT, Engineering, or Software).
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles and meeting quotas.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and competitive environment.
