Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design high-performance, scalable, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) and evaluate their applicability to our roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and navigating high-pressure environments.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent cloud certification is a plus.
