Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom neural networks for enterprise use cases.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate new AI frameworks, ensuring our stack remains future-proof against rapid technological evolution.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
