Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making across product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Publish thought leadership content positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a future-ready authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous foresight projects with measurable impact
