- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future concepts into prototype development roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces focused on 2026 capability building
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and predictive modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFRA, CFIP) preferred
