Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 strategic innovation framework
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and academic partners
- Translate future scenarios into product development roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism fields
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
