Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models using machine learning and scenario-planning frameworks
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-proof strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging market paradigms
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps for sustainable competitive advantage
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term business viability
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics experience
