Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, innovation roadmaps, and strategic briefs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic megatrends affecting industry landscapes
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
