Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to navigate disruptive transitions in their industries
- Present futures-cape analyses to C-suite executives and board members across global enterprises
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on exponential technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams through complex transformations
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation/futures space
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, etc.)
