Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Year 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to forecast industry disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operational goals with the long-term 2026 strategic vision.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present complex strategic data and future projections to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Drive the implementation of sustainability and scalability goals leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of leading long-term planning initiatives with a focus on future trends.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex organizational changes.
